I'm Silvia, the founder of People Compass.

As a Senior HR Consultant with extensive experience across a variety of organisations and industries. I am passionate about simplifying HR finding pragmatic solutions for your business. I am fluent in both English and German and am CIPD qualified holding a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Understanding what makes your business unique, People Compass partners with you to tackle people challenges with a practical, employee-focused, and commercially balanced approach.

Operating on an international platform my mission has been to implement pragmatic HR solutions, specialising in areas such as Talent Management, Organisational Development, Change Management as well as Employee Relations Management including developing and enhancing HR Policies & Employee Handbooks.

Helping teams in different functions and backgrounds communicate and work well together which is crucial for creating people strategies. I have coached managers and leaders through difficult changes and helped organisations successfully adapt, making sure HR initiatives support business goals.

While I love what I do, if you happen to have a farm in the South Tyrolean Alps with horses, sheep, goats, and maybe a cow, I could be persuaded to look after them instead!
